How much does shipping cost?

Expedited Parcel Canada (Regular Shipping 3-5 days):

• Under $75 = $7 flat rate

• $75+ = free shipping

Please note: Shipping promotion can be different than above and will be found on the sales details page here.


Expedited Parcel U.S.A (Regular Shipping 3-5 days):

• $20 flat rate on all orders

Shipping time is not guaranteed at peak periods.


Please note: if your order is being shipped outside of Canada, the recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees which may apply through the recipient's country. The shipping carrier will collect these additional charges from the recipient at the time of delivery.

How do I return an item?

Return merchandise purchased online by mail:

You will find an empty return package with an attached return label inside your order. You must include the invoice in the return package; otherwise we will not be able to identify you. A return fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping and handling costs are non refundable.


If you live in Canada, you can drop off your return packages with Canada Post. Drop off locations include:

How long do I have to return an item?

We want you to be completely pleased with any of your online purchases. If you're not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original state within 7 days of receipt.
