What is the return policy on regular orders purchased online?

To return an item purchased online, these 3 conditions must apply:

1. Return it within 7 days of receiving your package:

If the items you ordered are not what you expected, we will gladly offer a refund (processed by the head office) or a store credit.

2.Accepted Conditions for the items:

When returning items, they must be new, unworn, in its original condition and with the original hang tag attached.

3.Some items cannot be returned:

Swimming suits, undergarments and earrings cannot be returned. Products purchased at a reduced price of $14 and lower are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you send back an item at a reduced price of $14 and lower you will not be reimbursed and receive store credit in return.

Returning online purchases by mail

To return merchandise bought online, you will find an empty return package with an attached return label inside this order. You must include the invoice in the return package; otherwise we will not be able to identify you. A return fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


If you live in Canada, you can drop off your return packages with Canada Post. Drop off locations include:


1. Any Canada Post Office

2. Any Canada Post Collection Box

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We work hard to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, once an item is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.

What do I do if the item I purchased is defective?

At Joshua Perets we take great pride in the quality of our apparel. If your item is defective please forward a picture of the defective item to web@joshuaperets.com along with your name and order # and one of our customer service representatives will contact you with further instructions.

What is the Exchange Policy on regular orders purchased online?

At this time, exchanges by mail are not possible due to our limited inventory.
